Join us for an exhilarating two-week rowing experience in the heart of Cambridge while exploring the historic and picturesque surroundings of Cambridge. We welcome all enthusiasts to dive into this exhilarating sport amidst the scenic beauty of Cambridge. Discover the art of rowing, both on land and in the tranquil waters of the River Cam.

Programme Dates

The Rowing Programme will take place in the following periods in 2024:

March 18 - March 31, 2024 (two weeks)
March 25 - March 31, 2024 (one week)

April 1 - April 14, 2024 (two weeks)

April 8 - April 14, 2024 (one week)

August 12 - August 25, 2024 (two weeks)

Course Itinerary

Arrival

This programme is suitable for:

  • All enthusiasts to dive into exhilarating sport amidst the scenic beauty of Cambridge

  • Adequate level of English to communicate with coaches and teammates

  • Age 14 and above

  • Weight: Minimum -  38kg / Maximum - 120kg

  • Height: Minimum - 5ft

  • Must be able to swim at least 20 metres in clothing (this is as a precautionary measure)

Accommodation

To deliver a comprehensive and enriching experience in Cambridge, all participants are accommodated in different buildings of colleges of the University of Cambridge*. While most accommodation is single/twin rooms with shared, unisex bathroom facilities, dormitory rooms come in different size, shape and style in different colleges. On special request, en-suite single rooms are also available at an additional charge on a first come first serve basis.

Fee Structure

Rowing Programme Fee:

£5,800 / two week programme

£3,600 / one week programme

What is included:

  • Accommodation in a University of Cambridge* college.

  • Daily breakfast and dinners, with a memorable distinctive formal dining experience in the Cambridge tradition on the day of the graduation ceremony.

  • All sport and academic activities, such as rowing training in boathouse and on river, theory lectures, master talks with world-class speakers, final race, and access to sport venues.

  • A rich social and cultural schedule, including excursions to London and Oxford.

  • Convenient transportation, including airport pick-up and drop-off shuttle services, as well as transportation for the day trips to London and Oxford.

  • A UK SIM card with prepaid allowances for data, calls, and texts.

  • Comprehensive insurance coverage.

  • Programme awards as outlined in the program details.
